Job Summary

Chamiachi Hotel is looking for an energetic, ambitious and target-driven Sales & Marketing Professional to promote our accommodation, restaurant, conferencing, weddings and events services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase hotel revenue.
• Actively source and secure corporate clients, conferences, weddings, private events and accommodation bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate organisations, travel agents, event planners and other business partners.
• Conduct field marketing, client visits, presentations and sales follow-ups.
• Manage social media marketing campaigns, digital promotions and online enquiries.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales reports.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the hotel’s market presence.
• Achieve agreed monthly sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the hospitality, tourism or events industry.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close sales and meet revenue targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Good understanding of the Mombasa hospitality and events market.
• Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• An existing network of corporate clients and event planners will be an added advantage.
