Role Summary:

They’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive our sales growth, build strategic partnerships and grow our brand in the food and hospitality industry.

Location: Diani, Kwale County

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive direct sales through B2B channels in the hotel and food industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, hotels and other hospitality players. Collaborate with chefs to grow demand.
• Organize oyster tasting events, farm tours and brand activations.
• Represent SCF at trade fairs, exhibitions and forums.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Collect sales, financial and impact data from the ground.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in food, hospitality, FMCG or seafood industries.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently in a startup environment.
• Passion for food, sustainability and community impact.
