Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct field visits and generate new business opportunities.
• Promote NID Logistics’ services to potential clients.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on prospects.
• Maintain regular client follow-ups.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Moving People, Goods and Opportunities Across Kenya
• Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Business or a related field. 1-2 years’ experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in logistics/courier services is an added advantage.
• Proven ability to acquire new clients.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with a strong business development mindset.
• Willingness to conduct field visits and client follow-ups.
