Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations.

- Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor cash handling and operational controls.
- Coordinate with kitchen and F&B leadership.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Track daily sales and operational performance.
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health regulations
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in restaurant management.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage high-pressure service environments.
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations and customer service.
