We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven leader with the vision, influence and execution capability to lead a region, drive business growth and profitability, and deliver operational excellence across multiple branches.

Role Description

• The Regional Manager will provide overall leadership and oversight of the principal branch and branches within the assigned region, driving business growth, operational excellence, customer experience and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth, profitability and business development.
• Lead branch operations and support branches within the region to achieve their targets.
• Develop business and sales strategies and expand market opportunities.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and drive customer retention.
• Lead, coach and develop branch teams and managers.
• Monitor performance, compliance, risk and operational standards.
• Coordinate regional initiatives and act as a link between branches and Head Office.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role.
• Proven experience in branch management, business development and/or regional operations.
• Strong leadership, sales, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue, profitability and operational performance.
• Strong understanding of compliance, financial management and customer service.
