Your Role The Swara Ranch Manager oversees the day-to-day operations, guest experience, revenue performance, and brand positioning of Swara Ranch’s bungalows and apartments, ensuring exceptional hospitality standards aligned with the Maiyan Group.

Key Focus

• Hospitality & Guest Experience: Lead daily operations and deliver warm, personalized, high-quality guest experiences.
• Sales & Marketing: Drive occupancy and revenue through digital platforms, social media, and strategic partnerships.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary link between owners, guests, service providers, and the Maiyan Group.
• Property & Financial Management: Maintain property standards, oversee maintenance, and manage budgets and performance metrics.

• Strong occupancy rates and revenue growth across all units.
• Well-maintained, compliant, and premium accommodation standards.
• Proactive leadership, clear reporting, and strong owner relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–7 years’ experience in hospitality management, preferably in boutique, lodge, or serviced apartment settings.
• Proven experience managing online booking platforms such as Airbnb and OTAs.
