Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, Analytical Chemistry or it’s equivalent.
- Professional certification in quality management highly desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in skin care, personal care and cosmetics highly desirable
- Excellent understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices(GMPs)
- Proven experience in quality control, quality assurance, or quality management
- roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production of cosmetic products.
- Knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools, such as ISO 22716, statistical analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with quality standards, regulations, and requirements applicable to the
- industry, such as FDA regulations, ISO 22716 standards, and KEBS quality requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data,
- identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve quality and process
- performance.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing inspections, measurements, and tests,
- ensuring compliance with quality specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
