Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, Analytical Chemistry or it’s equivalent.
• Professional certification in quality management highly desirable
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in skin care, personal care and cosmetics highly desirable
• Excellent understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices(GMPs)
• Proven experience in quality control, quality assurance, or quality management
• roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production of cosmetic products.
• Knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools, such as ISO 22716, statistical analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with quality standards, regulations, and requirements applicable to the
• industry, such as FDA regulations, ISO 22716 standards, and KEBS quality requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data,
• identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve quality and process
• performance.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in performing inspections, measurements, and tests,
• ensuring compliance with quality specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
