Tutorial Fellow – Nursing Job St. Paul’s University
Medical Jobs, St. Paul’s University Jobs. Responsible for supporting nursing teaching, preparing learning materials, guiding students, assisting with practical sessions, and supporting academic research. Requires a relevant qualification in Nursing and professional registration. The position is based in Nairobi and requires on-site work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in teaching, student assessement, preparation of instructional materials and examinations
- Participate in departmental meeetings, curriculum development and other unviersity activites as assigned
- Participate in Nursing research, publications and academic conferences
- Conduct didactic and clinical instruction to nursing students
- Mentor and guide students in academic, spiritual and profession growth
Qualifications and skills
- Minimum of a Master of Science Degree in the following Nursing Specialities(Medical Surgical, Community Health, Curriculum and instruction, Midwifery).
- Have strong supervision skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong teaching and presentation skills
- Research and analytical skills
- Good organizational and teamwork abilities
- Computer literacy
- High Level of Integrity, professionalism, and Christian Values
- 2 years experience in Clinical and Didactic Instructions
- Must have a Valid Practising License
- Registered by the Nursing Council Of Kenya
