Role Overview
The Procurement Officer is responsible for managing day-to-day procurement activities across Ma Cuisine operations, ensuring timely availability of goods and services, cost efficiency, supplier performance, and full compliance with company policies. The role works closely with internal teams and suppliers to support smooth operations, manage spend, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end procurement for operational, engineering, and technical requirements.
- Source quotations, prepare cost comparisons, and process purchase orders in line with approved procedures.
- Support sourcing strategies that deliver value for money and reliable supply.
- Source, evaluate, onboard, and manage suppliers, including contract and price negotiations.
- Support imports, landed cost management, and customs documentation in collaboration with Finance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or technical operations preferred.
- CIPS, CPSP, or equivalent professional certification is an added advantage.
