Responsibilities:
- Manage the local warehouse team, guide the team to work towards goals, and enhance team cohesion.
- Warehouse 6S management, warehouse inspection, ensure inventory accuracy and safety.
- Identify operational risks, safety hazards and manage operational efficiency
- Supervise the implementation of warehouse operating systems and promote improvements in operational efficiency and quality.
- Self-management ability, proactive in identifying and solving problems.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in procurement and supply chain management or a business related course.
- At least 3 years of warehouse management experience.
- Experience in team management, managing teams of up to 20 people.
- Proficient in computer application tools especially excel.
- Willing to work in Mombasa full time.
