Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Build and lead high-performing sales and operations teams.
- Establish a results-driven culture focused on accountability and innovation.
- Provide mentorship, training, and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Ensure efficient and scalable operations that support business growth.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Implement best practices in IT service management.
- Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the sales team to track performance and drive accountability.
Business Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
- Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and business models to enhance company profitability.
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to align growth initiatives with company goals.
- Oversee sales strategy, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
- Develop and implement sales performance metrics to track and optimize results.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and account management strategies.
- Strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and lead generation efforts.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in operations, business growth, and sales management,
- with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the IT industry.
- Proven track record in driving business growth, revenue expansion, and strategic partnerships.
- Strong expertise in sales pipeline management, negotiations, and closing high-value deals.
- Ability to develop and implement scalable operational processes to support growth.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to sales and business development.
