Girls’ Senior School
Minimum Qualifications for Subject Teachers
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education from a recognized institution
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in subject area
- Registration with the Teacher Service Commission (TSC)
- Evidence of participation in CBC/E training programs or seminars by the Ministry of Education or TSC
- Understanding of competency-based teaching methodologies and frameworks
- Strong leadership, planning, and academic tracking capabilities
- For Deputy Head of School and Dean of Studies (Boys Senior School) – minimum 5 years of experience holding administrative/leadership roles
