Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers interested in logbook-backed financing.
• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Explain the company’s logbook financing products and services to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion of prospects into customers.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Work closely with the relevant teams to ensure smooth processing of customer applications.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in logbook loans, asset financing, banking, insurance preferably in financial services or lending.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and convert prospects into successful sales.
• Knowledge of logbook loans or credit products is an added advantage.
