Qualifications
- Earned PhD (or Master in special cases) in relevant field from accredited university.
- Minimum 12 publication points (at least 8 from refereed journal papers).
- Registered with relevant professional body (where applicable).
- Fulfilled Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010
