Learning & Development Officer Job Kilimall

  • Design, implement, and evaluate training & development programs aligned with business goals
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill and performance gaps
  • Develop learning plans, materials, and delivery methods (workshops, e-learning, coaching)
  • Monitor and track training effectiveness and employee performance improvement
  • Partner with department heads to build team capability and succession pipelines
  • Drive onboarding and continuous learning initiatives
  • Maintain training records and support HR reporting and compliance
  • Provide support on employee development, engagement, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Mandatory)
  • 3+ years’ experience with at least 80% of the role focused on Learning & Development (Mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and performance management
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities
  • Empathy, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and a proactive mindset
