We’re hiring for a Sales & Ops role within our food and beverage manufacturing operations in Kenya. Looking for a proactive leader with strong industry experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales admin team to achieve revenue targets, including developing sales strategies, forecasting, and market expansion plans.
- Oversee administrative operations, ensuring efficient office management, compliance with company policies, and smooth coordination across departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and enforce operational procedures, including sales reporting & inventory oversight and planning coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain or related field
- 5–8 years’ experience in FMCG sales operations/sales admin leadership
- Strong SAP/ERP & Excel reporting skills
- Excellent coordination, analytical & leadership abilities
