Harley’s Limited is seeking to fill the position of Data Analyst and Coordinator Intern within the Coommercial business unit.

In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, generating actionable insights, which shall support strategic decision-making processes. He/She should be highly skilled in data visualization, statistical analysis and have a strong analytical mindset to support the operational efficiency of the company by coordinating fiscal management activities, performing data analysis and maintaining departmental statistics and reports.

  • Strategic Business Development: Use statistical methods and data analytics tools to interpret data, identify trends, patterns and correlations, and draw meaningful insights that inform business decisions.
  • Data Collection: Collect, process and analyse large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns and insights.
  • Data Visualisation: Create reports and dashboards using visualisation tools to present data findings in a clear and compelling way for stakeholders, enabling them to make informed decisions.
  • Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain dashboards and visual reports to effectively communicate key metrics.
  • Operational: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing quality checks and cleaning data as necessary. Present findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Compliance and Governance: Implement and follow all approved Standard Operating Procedures and all defined policies of the Company as per the Quality Management System.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in data science, statistics, computer science or a related field.
  • At least 1 ⁠year of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL will be an added advantage.
  • Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power Bl, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks.
  • Knowledge of data governance and data privacy regulations.
