Key Account Manager Job AGL
Looking for a sales and marketing job in Kenya? AGL is hiring a key account manager to manage strategic client relationships, grow key accounts and pricing structures for key clients. The role is based in Nairobi and experience in sales is required.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide a link between the company and key clients to enhance their satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze and profile client accounts based on performance, value and potential and generate periodic reports
- Determine the crucial needs of key clients and ensure that they receive first-class customer care and service
- Develop a strategy for managing key accounts and ensure its implementation
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and make necessary improvements for key accounts
- Develop pricing structures for key clients
- Resolve disputes and maintain client relationships to promote client retention
- Conduct account reviews
- Analyze and adapt new strategies to react to changing business trends
- Conduct client visits based on target prospects.
- Generate weekly sales reports and submit to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing.
- 5 years of experience in either sales, marketing or related field.
