Our client is one of the leading brand of Kitchen & Home Appliances in Kenya, they are seeking a Junior E-commerce Operations Officer to support our E-commerce & Operations leadership team. You help establish the operating rhythm that keeps a scaling organization aligned driving clarity, momentum, and connection across leaders and teams. This is an in-person role based in Nairobi with hands-on coaching and structured onboarding.

Responsibilities

E-commerce Operations

• Support daily e-commerce activities across all online platforms
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams regarding dispatch, returns, and delivery issues.

Product & Content Management

• Assist in uploading and updating product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Ensure listings comply with platform requirements and brand guidelines.
• Perform routine audits to ensure product information accuracy.

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

• Liaise with customer service teams to resolve order inquiries, delays, or complaints.
• Track recurring issues and report them for improvement.

Reporting & Analysis

• Generate daily/weekly reports on sales, orders, returns, and inventory levels.
• Support performance analysis and identify operational inefficiencies.

Qualifications

• Degree or a diploma in any related field
• Experience: 2+ years in executive support, operations, project/program coordination, or comparable roles. Internship, attachment, or student leadership experience is welcome.
• Learning agility: Coachable, curious, and comfortable turning ambiguous ideas into structured plans.
• Execution: Strong organization and time management; able to manage multiple streams without dropping details.
• Communication: Clear writer and presenter with professional presence; able to influence across teams.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is required.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences run on time with documented decisions, owners, and follow-ups.

• Sensitive information is managed with discretion and sound judgment.
