We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Officer to join our client’s team.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in inventory management, stock reconciliation, stock audits, and maintaining accurate inventory records while ensuring efficient stock movement and storage processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels
  • Maintain accurate stock movement records
  • Conduct stock counts and inventory audits
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
  • Coordinate with procurement and accounts teams
  • Track incoming and outgoing stock
  • Prepare inventory and stock reports
  • Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation
  • Maintain inventory systems and databases

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 2–4 years’ experience in inventory control, stores, or warehouse management
  • Strong knowledge of inventory systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and integrity
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
