Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse and stores operations in a PVC/plastics manufacturing setup
• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished products
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits
• Ensure proper handling and storage of PVC and related materials in line with safety standards
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams
• Implement and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and controls
• Supervise and guide warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and accountability
• Prepare inventory and operational reports for management
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes for improved productivity

Key Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse/stores management within plastics or manufacturing
• industry (PVC experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Odoo ERP or similar inventory management systems
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse operations
• Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
