The Position
- We are seeking a passionate and organized Human Resource Lead (Voluntary) to support the development of fair, transparent, and youth-cantered structures within our organization.
- In this role, you will contribute to recruitment and onboarding of volunteers, mentees, and ambassadors, while helping to design HR systems that strengthen accountability, inclusivity, and team growth.
- You will also support the creation of clear role descriptions, contracts, and performance tracking tools, ensuring that every member of our community feels supported and valued.
- This voluntary role is ideal for someone who is interested in Human Resource management and youth empowerment. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
- By joining us, you will gain practical HR experience in a growing and ambitious team as well as develop leadership and organizational development skills, and receive mentorship and exposure to climate and community action programs.
