Looking for an HR job in Kenya? Jordan Hospital is recruiting a Human Resource Manager position. Proficiency in HR operations, employee relations, and HRIS is required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Higher National Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Medical qualifications or healthcare experience is an added advantage..
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a combined HR and administrative role, preferably in the healthcare or service sector.
- Sound understanding of HR practices, labor laws, employee relations, performance management, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, communication, and people management skills.
- Proficient in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite. High attention to detail and ability to multitask under minimal supervision.
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct is required.
