Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- NEBOSH Certification is mandatory
- At least 5-10 years’ practical HSE experience within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Multinational experience is an added advantage.
- Solid working knowledge of key regulatory frameworks including OSHA, EMCA, NEMA, and relevant county requirements.
- Proven experience conducting risk assessments, leading incident investigations, environmental compliance, and audit etc
