Job Summary

A client is seeking a proactive and reliable HR Officer to be based on-site to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage leave administration and attendance tracking.
• Assist in handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour requirements.
• Provide general HR administrative support and basic reports.

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in an HR support or generalist role.
• Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
