Hotel Manager Job Elysian Resort Nairobi, Kenya

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Security, and Human Resources.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns.
• Build and maintain key corporate and client relationships.
• Maintain operational records and uphold service standards.
• Drive operational efficiency and maximize hotel profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• A Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Sound knowledge of hotel operations, customer service, and financial management.
• Ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.
