We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at a busy restaurant in Migori! You’ll oversee daily operations, create innovative menus, manage inventory, ensure top-notch food quality.-

Responsibilities:

Plan and prepare menus, ensuring timely processing and updates
Manage kitchen staff, inventory, and supplies
Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are met

Requirements:

Culinary diploma/degree
4+ years experience as a chef, preferably in a similar setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Creativity in menu development
