We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Head Chef to lead and develop our kitchen team, creating an innovative menu that reflects our commitment to sustainable practices and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a fresh, dynamic menu that showcases local,
• seasonal ingredients.
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring food is prepared and
• served in a timely manner in line with the expected standards.
• Work with management to develop and manage budgets, control food
• costs, reduce waste, and maintain inventory levels.
• Provide team leadership and training for all the kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef, with proven skills in team
• management and training.
• Experience with Italian and Asian Cuisine.
• Proven ability in menu engineering and menu costing.
• Ability to work full time in Kilifi.
