Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Butcher, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Head Butcher will oversee all aspects of meat preparation, including processing, cutting, and packaging. Additional responsibilities include managing poultry and seafood sections, ensuring quality standards are met, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and overseeing inventory control.
Building strong customer relationships and providing excellent customer service will also be essential to this role.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Butchery, Meat Processing, and handling a variety of meat products
- Knowledge of Poultry and Seafood preparation techniques
- Strong Customer Service skills to deliver excellent support and build client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to manage inventory and adhere to health and safety standards
- Previous leadership experience in a food production or butchery environment is preferred
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain operational efficiency
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to customer needs
- Certification in food safety or related trainings is an added advantage.
