Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations.
- Ensure quality control across service, presentation, and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control.
- Monitor sales performance and implement revenue growth strategies.
- Train and supervise F&B staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop promotions, seasonal menus, and guest engagement strategies.
- Monitor customer feedback and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in F&B leadership.
- Strong operational and financial acumen.
- Proven ability to manage large teams.
- Experience in upscale hospitality environments preferred..
