Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, refine, and review financial models and forecasting tools to train advanced AI systems.
- Design and implement rigorous rubrics and evaluation metrics, leveraging deep finance knowledge to ensure AI accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze budget variances, provide actionable insights, and translate findings into recommendations for AI training modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inject business acumen and strategic thinking into AI-driven solutions.
- Curate and assess financial datasets, ensuring high data integrity for model training and validation.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and documentation to support ongoing AI development initiatives.
- Champion best practices in financial analysis, fostering continuous improvement in both AI and business processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Finance and FP&A, with a strong command of financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Demonstrated skill in budgeting, variance analysis, and translating complex financial concepts into actionable business strategies.
