The Food and Beverage Controller is responsible for managing food and beverage expenses by controlling inventory, analyzing costs, and ensuring accurate sales and pricing across all Express Kitchen Ltd. outlets.

  • Monitor, analyze, and control food and beverage costs, wastage, and pilferage.
  • Oversee stocktaking, inventory levels, ordering, receiving, requisitions, and stock transfers.
  • Verify POS transactions, voids, discounts, staff meals, and menu pricing accuracy.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, variance analysis, and cost of sales reports.
  • Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and cost strategy development.
  • Participate in menu costing and pricing to ensure profitability.
  • Identify weaknesses in control procedures and suggest improvements.
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–4 years’ experience as an F&B Controller, preferably in a multi-outlet or high-volume environment.
  • CPA certificate is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and inventory management skills.
  • Proficiency in Materials Control (MC) software and POS systems.
