Pearl Hospital is seeking an experienced, creative and results-oriented professional to lead its digital marketing and content activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Hospital’s digital marketing and content plans.
• Manage the website, Google Business Profile and social-media platforms.
• Create high-quality written, photographic and video content.
• Plan and manage digital campaigns.
• Coordinate content development with clinicians and departmental teams.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare actionable reports.
• Manage online engagement while maintaining patient confidentiality and professional standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Strong writing, photography, videography and video-editing skills.
• Practical knowledge of social-media management, SEO, website content, digital advertising and analytics.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
• Healthcare or professional-services marketing experience will be an advantage.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Nyahururu.
