Job Overview

To devise impactful communication strategies, lead advertising initiatives, and manage end-to-end promotional campaigns. You’ll also drive our social media presence, craft compelling copy, and handle media relations & event activations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop & execute impactful communication campaigns
• Manage sponsorships, events & vendor partnerships
• Drive social media, copywriting & PR growth

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a business-related field (a CIM qualification is an added advantage).
• At least 3 to 4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related corporate function within an established organization.
• Solid understanding of the relevant legal frameworks, specifically the Banking Act, Microfinance Act, and CBK prudential guidelines.
