Dental Technologist III Job Nyamira CPSB

Medical Jobs, Nyamira County Public Service Board Jobs. Responsible for receiving dental work, preparing and repairing dental appliances, casting impressions, maintaining laboratory records, and supporting dental health services. Requires a Diploma in Dental Technology or equivalent qualification, registration. The position is based in Nyamira and requires on-site work.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Dental Technology from a recognized institution.
• Have successfully completed one-year mandatory internship.
• Registered by Kenya Health Professional Oversight Authority and have a valid practicing license
• Certificate in Computer Application skills from a recognized institution

Key Responsibilities

• Design and fabricate dental prostheses and appliances of average scope and complexity.
• Ensure proper handling and control of hazardous materials and follow laboratory infection control procedures as required.
• Train and supervise other dental technicians in fabricating dentures and other dental devices
• Conduct research in science techniques and practice of dental technology.
• Perform administrative function for dental laboratory
