Counter Sales Representative Job Bhekams Traders

Counter Sales Representative attending to walk-in customers and promoting automotive spare parts to achieve sales targets, requiring sales or customer service experience and good communication and negotiation skills with automotive spare-parts knowledge as an added advantage, in an automotive spare parts environment, on-site role.
Responsibilities :
- Attend to walk-in customers and respond to spare-parts inquiries.
- Identify and recommend the correct automotive spare parts based on customers’ needs.
- Promote and sell automotive spare parts to achieve sales targets.
- Provide accurate product information, including part names, codes, and vehicle compatibility.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the store and procurement teams to confirm product availability.
Requirements :
- Sales or customer service experience.
- Automotive spare-parts knowledge or experience is an added advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to identify spare parts and understand vehicle compatibility is an advantage.
- Target-driven, proactive, and attentive to detail.
