Job Title: Client Support Specialist-B2B,

Our client is an international group of companies and Europe’s largest masterbatch producer. They are currently, they are establishing a new site in Kenya and, as part of their strategic expansion, are seeking a proactive and reliable Client Support Specialist to support the setup and development of this new local site. Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for customers inquiries
  • Source of information and competent contact for our national and international customers including coordination of complaints processing
  • Solution-oriented customer care in collaboration with our application technology and field service
  • Calculation of offer prices, creation and follow-up of offers
  • Order processing incl. invoicing
  • Interface management with supply chain and logistics as well as independent delivery date coordination
  • Administration of customer data and dunning correspondence in strong collaboration with accounting
  • Support for and Coordination with the local and international Area Sales Teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or a diploma in any related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or sales support in a B2B environment ideally in an industrial international production company
  • Proficient in Swahili and English (written and spoken); any other language is an additional asset
  • High level of self-motivation and proactive, with a passion for innovation and business development
  • Strong understanding of local trading laws and administrative processes in Kenya
  • Initial experience in coordination tasks within international teams is an advantage
  • Very good IT user knowledge, especially Office (Microsoft) and ERP systems
  • A customer-oriented, assertive personality with an independent and solution- oriented way of working
  • Communication skills, ability to work in a team, reliability and flexibility
