Claims Assistant Job AB Entheos Nairobi, Kenya
We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims Assistant to support claims verification, documentation, assessment, and reporting. The role involves reviewing Human-Wildlife Conflict (HWC) claims, coordinating with Field Officers, maintaining accurate records, identifying trends and anomalies, and supporting fair and timely claims recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify Human-Wildlife Conflict (HWC) insurance claims. Maintain accurate claims records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with Field Officers and field teams.
- Prepare claims reports and support fair, timely claim decisions. This is a full-time role is based in Nairobi, Kenya (with occasional travel): 1 year renewable contract
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years’ experience in claims, insurance operations, or risk management.
- Strong attention to detail with Excel and digital data management skills.
- Field verification or community programme experience is an added advantage.
