Purpose

We are looking for neatly-presented chauffeurs to join our company. The chauffeur’s responsibilities will be to provide efficient and safe transportation of guests. The primary purpose of this role is to provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation services to our clients while upholding the highest standards of customer service and representing our company values.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the vehicle.
• Adhere to traffic rules and regulations at all times.
• Selecting the fastest routes based on GPS software and traffic updates, unless otherwise instructed.
• Maintain the highest standard of personal appearance.
• Ensure to report to the concierge or any executive in case of any minor or major accident during the process of driving or any other event.
• Must be well conversant with Nairobi roads and estates and its environs.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills, including courteous and respectful interaction with clients at all times.
• Adapt to changing schedules and travel itineraries with flexibility and professionalism.
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers throughout the journey, including assisting with luggage and providing any necessary assistance.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in any related course.
• Proven experience as a chauffeur or professional driver.
• Ability to interact with clients in a warm, professional manner.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience working in the tourism or hospitality industry or in driving for major hotels.
• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of five years of clean driving experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering an exceptional service experience.
• Sufficient knowledge of Kenyan traffic laws.
• Basic understanding of mechanical aspects of vehicles.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility for the safety and comfort of passengers.
