Reporting Line: Salon Manager / Management

Our client is a well-established beauty and wellness business committed to providing high-quality beauty, hair, nail, and wellness services to its clients. They are looking to hire a skilled, professional, and client-oriented All-Round Beauty Therapist with hands-on experience in providing professional nail, hairstyling, and massage services. The ideal candidate should be versatile, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences while maintaining high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional manicure and nail services to clients.
• Perform gel nail applications, acrylic nails, and nail extensions.
• Create neat and creative nail art based on client preferences.
• Provide professional blowouts and hair brushing/styling services.
• Perform hair treatments and advise clients on suitable hair care routines.
• Deliver relaxing body massages in accordance with professional standards.
• Consult with clients to understand their beauty and wellness needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure clients have a positive salon experience.
• Ensure all beauty treatments are performed professionally, safely, and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation across the workstation and treatment areas.
• Properly clean, disinfect, and maintain beauty tools and equipment.
• Ensure products and equipment are used correctly and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance at all times.
• Keep up to date with current beauty, nail, hair, and wellness trends and techniques.
• Handle client concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to Management where necessary.
• Support other salon team members and assist with general salon operations when required.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.
• Support the achievement of salon service and customer satisfaction targets.
• Perform any other duties related to the role as assigned by Management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Professional certification in at least two of the following areas: Nail Technology, Hairstyling/Hair Care, or Massage Therapy.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience working in a professional salon, spa, or beauty environment.
• Demonstrated practical experience in gel nails, acrylic nails, and nail art.
• Proven experience in blowouts, brushing, and hair treatments.
• Hands-on experience providing relaxing body massages.
• Strong knowledge of beauty treatment procedures, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Experience working with a diverse range of clients is an added advantage.
• Candidates with experience working in a high-end salon or spa environment will have an added advantage.
• Excellent practical beauty and technical skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, serious, and presentable.
• Client-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• High level of attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
