• We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth by acquiring and managing large corporate clients and high-end organizations. This is a strategic role for a professional who thrives on building strong business relationships, negotiating at senior levels, and delivering tailored solutions that create long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with corporate and high-value clients
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with client needs and company objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and exceptional client experiences
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead
• Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and performance reports

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. A masters degree is an added advantage
• Proven track record of acquiring and managing large corporate accounts and high-end organizations
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in business development, sales and client relations
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
