Assistant Manager- Regional Route (Coast) to Market Job Pwani Oil

Drive sales growth, ensure product availability and visibility across all retail channels and lead high-performing teams to achieve business excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales volume and revenue attainment.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across all retail channels.
- Manage stock levels and support effective route-to-market execution.
- Lead, coach and develop Regional Team Leaders, Trade Representatives and Tuk Tuk Representatives.
- Monitor performance and ensure achievement of targets.
- Manage regional journeys, routes and market coverage.
- Plan and execute promotions, activations and NPD activities.
- Manage regional sales risks and ensure business continuity.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve commercial objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies or a related field.
- Valid driving licence.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in Route to Market (RTM) and team supervision.
- Strong sales, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
