Job Purpose Statement

To be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with the Federation’s financial policies and statutory regulations. The role supports transparent and accountable financial management across projects, competitions, and operational activities, in line with CAF, FIFA, and government financial standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA (K) / ACCA qualification required.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in NGOs, sports organizations, or corporate settings.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of donor and project accounting standards (FIFA Forward, CAF Grants) is an advantage.
