Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
3+ years’ experience in a restaurant supervisory role.
Proven experience in supervising and coordinating restaurant staff and daily operations.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
Good understanding of food and beverage service standards, quality control, and hygiene requirements.
Experience in staff scheduling, shift management, and operational record-keeping.
Ability to prepare and submit accurate daily sales and operational reports.
