What You’ll Be Doing:
- The Face of the Office: Handling reception duties with a professional touch.
- Client Engagement: Responding to inquiries across calls, emails, and social media.
- Crafting Dreams: Preparing bespoke tour quotations and itineraries.
- Logistics Ace: Coordinating bookings with our hotel partners and suppliers.
- Service Excellence: Ensuring every client receives world-class support.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Tourism Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent English communication and computer literacy (MS Office & Social Media).
- Attributes: Well-groomed, professional, and able to thrive under minimal supervision.
- Bonus: Prior experience in the tours & travel industry is a huge plus!
