Sales Agent (Solar Products) Job
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets.
- Promote and sell solar products including inverters, power tanks, solar panels, and energy storage solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.
- Conduct site visits and client needs assessments to recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide professional after-sales support and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a database of clients and track sales activities.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities and customer preferences.
Product Knowledge & Market Expertise
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar products, industry trends, and technological advancements.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and return on investment.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure proper system design and installation planning.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates.
- Participate in sales meetings and strategy sessions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years proven sales experience in Solar energy products, Inverters, Power tanks, Solar panels, New energy batteries
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Willingness and readiness to travel when required.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized.
