Seeds of the Future (SOTF) is a school-based sustainability and enterprise program that establishes nurseries and kitchen gardens while equipping learners with practical skills in agriculture, environmental stewardship, and entrepreneurship. We are launching a 4-school pilot in May 2026 and are looking for a hands-on Program Coordinator to support
implementation on the ground.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in project coordination or field work
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
- Based in Nairobi and willing to travel
- Basic Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
