Pastry Chef Job Ravishing Caterers (30-50K)
Looking for a hospitality job in Kenya? Ravishing Caterers is recruiting a Pastry Chef position. The salary for the role is Ksh 30,000 – 50,000 monthly. Expertise in breads, pastries, cakes, desserts and contemporary bakery products is required.
This is a key leadership position, and I am looking for a highly competent Executive Chef with strong operational and leadership capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Should have expertise in breads, pastries, cakes, desserts and contemporary bakery products. Innovation, consistency and quality are key attributes.
The candidates must be proficient in preparing a diverse range of cuisines, including:
- Swahili Cuisine
- Kenyan Traditional Cuisine
- African Cuisine
- Mediterranean Cuisine
- Continental Cuisine
- French Cuisine
- Asian Cuisine (Chinese, Thai, Japanese, and Korean)
- Indian Cuisine
- Healthy, Vegan and Vegetarian Cuisine
- Fine Dining and Modern Fusion Cuisine
- Corporate Buffet Catering
- Canapés, Finger Foods and Cocktail Menus
- Live Cooking Stations and Event Catering
- Gourmet Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner Menus
