Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations
- Support the procurement team in processing purchase orders
- Track deliveries and follow up with vendors
- Maintain procurement records and supplier databases
- Assist in inventory tracking and stock reconciliation
- Support in vendor communication and documentation
Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a degree/diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
