Office Admin- Cyber Services Job (17-20K)
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Receive and assist customers professionally, identifying their service needs.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and confidentiality.
Digital & Government Services
- Process services through eCitizen, KRA iTax, eTIMS, and NTSA platforms.
- Guide clients through online applications, registrations, and statutory compliance processes.
- Keep up to date with changes in government digital platforms and procedures.
Document Processing Services
- Prepare, type, print, scan, photocopy, laminate, and bind customer documents.
- Generate invoices, quotations, receipts, and other business documents.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of all documents before issuance or submission.
Office Administration
- Maintain organized filing systems for customer records and office documents.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment of stationery and consumables.
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and general office correspondence.
Technical Support
- Troubleshoot basic computer, printer, scanner, and internet connectivity issues.
- Assist customers with online account creation and document uploads.
- Ensure office equipment is functional and report technical faults when necessary.
Cash Handling & Record Keeping
- Receive customer payments and issue receipts accurately.
- Maintain daily transaction records and prepare basic sales reports.
- Balance daily cash collections in accordance with company procedures.
Business Operations Support
- Promote the centre’s services to existing and potential customers.
- Support daily operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and office efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cybercafé, business centre, or office administration role.
- Experience using eCitizen, KRA iTax, eTIMS, and NTSA platforms.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
